I can not get my Garmin 430 to interface with my SV 1000.

My 430 has a message not receiving input data on 429 channel 2 and when I select HSI source as the 430 the NAV mode of the AP is unavailable. Any ideas?

This is typically a configuration problem on one side or the other but could also be a wiring issue or pin that was not fully seated in a connector. Ring out all the related wires and confirm the configuration is correct.

I am getting the same issue on my Garmin 430 non-WASS. However the HSI is recieveing the GPS signal. I have not been able to test VOR or ILS. Verry interested in your resolution.

As Raymo has said.....most likely a config problem. Dynon publish very explicit wiring and config instructions. I have never had an installation not work. That includes the following, GNS530W, GNS430, GTN750, GTN650, GPS175, IFD540 and multiples of some.

There are only a few connections and a few config pages.
