    Dynon Audio Out to Intercom?

It's all described in the manual; Dynon states that both Audio outputs for a mono system should be tied together and then connected to the intercom input, if there are multiple Dynon units all output pairs from all Dynon pairs should be tied together and all together to the single audio panel...

I've been spamming with pdf files

Yes, this is annoying, it suggests that there is new information on these discussions where there is nothing really new,

    16.4.0 Firmware Update

In a nominal completing software version update the configuration parameters are not touched, the only think that might change are the definitions of the sensors if you include this in the update, but if you never have updated sensor definitions then this is no issue. But if you are concerned...

ADSB-472 does not show up in network

Look in your circuit diagrams / wiring schematics. The ADSB-472 is not a dynon network device but is connected to the Dynon display using a serial interface. You can see the communications going on on the serial interface status page and if you see that ADSP generates data and the Dynon display...

    Fuel Gauge misreading?

The fuel gauge is a completely independent system here and not linked to the fuel computer. It reports the value measured through the resistor in the fuel sensor (during calibration of the fuel gauge, by adding small quantities of fuel and telling the dynon that you have added another quantity...

    EMS / FT60 voltage issue

NO my memory was wrong, I actually measure 13.4 volt on the 12 Volt sensor supply out of the EMS with two FT60 cubes connected

    EMS / FT60 voltage issue

I think that voltage output of the EMS is normal, but I will measure on my plane to see what exact value I get, and report later today. Also note that the output of the FT60 are pulses for a certain quatity of fuel measured so you can't just measure a voltage at the output of the sensor

    Installing second HDX screen

I have my Garmin GNS 430W (both ARINC and serial) goes via the ARINC interface unit and that is directly connected to the Dynon bus. I don't have experience with the DTR 200B, but my SL-30 compatible radio goes via the rs232 serial interface to both displays, just like the other serial interfaces

    Installing second HDX screen

Power as described is correct (for one display both sets of power wires are connected to a single fuse). The Dynon SV-Net copies all the data from the Dynon SV-Net based modules (EMS, ADAHRS, ARINC, KNOBS etc) to the second screen. The Ethernet cable copies the databases (aviation and obstacle)...

moving map severe glitching in flight

There is certainly something strange going on with the GPS, while flying at 7700 feet you wouldn't expect that the visible GSP satellites change that much over such a short time span. There seem to be GPS satellites appearing and disappearing in the third video, you wouldn't expect such a...

    Easy One

Any Dynon bus cable length would do, functionally you could use a 6' cable, if that is easier for your cable routing. Only depends on your panel layout. It could be that you want to be able to unscrew the Dynon unit and be able to move the unit out of the panel so you can reach the back an undo...

First flight - a few squaks

Regarding item 2: It partly depends on your configuration and you don't mention anything about engine or setup. For a regular setup the EMS controller gets pulses from the ignition system. In the configuration setting you will have to define how many pulses your system produces during one turn...

    GPS Problems on Dynon D1000

Please explain the problem a little more clearly. The Dynon GPS should not take that long a time to acquire a position lock not even from scratch (meaning therewas a long period between the previous lock and the new attempt). But note that it depend on when the last lock was acquired. What...

    Cowl flap position indicator

There is no special fancy graphics for the display of a cowl flap position. You can either use a numerical display or use on of the standard graphical display elements to indicate the current cowl position. You could pick one of the bar widgeets with only a single color (or maybe no color) or...

    Cowl flap position indicator

As long as you have EMS inputs left over then you can monitor as many position indicators as you want. You dopn't even need the full Ray Allen servo, you can also use the Ray Allen resistive position indicator (that also is basically a 5 kohm potentiometer, just like the servos)

Fuel quantity indication on HDX display

The resolution of the sensor display is set in the .sfg file, where all the different sensor functions are defined. For the specific sensor definition there is a parametero 'round=' that defines how many decimals will be used for display. If this is set to one then the display will only show...

    Backup ADHRS shows failure

Hopefully your issue can be resolved with a forced reload. But I had a problem, that looked very similar to your problem. My redundant redundant ADAHRS, would also be talking to the Skyvie display without problem (network connections worked fine), but it woudl complain about internal problems (I...
