OK I got it done 6.0 loaded fine after I followed Dynons instructions in reply #18 I changed the name from zip and it worked fine.

Yep I am confused too. My stick would not even show the update so I went home and deleted it and then downloaded the quick update again and then unzipped it then downloaded to the stick and the message came up on the display 6.0 update but then the disc removed message came up.

I don't think that the 6.0 file showed up in the load files section of my display but I will look tonight. But why are we having this much problem when in the past it has been so simple?

Any body got any suggestions? I have not tried to load just the single file I would like to know why the package will not load.

Internet explorer and windows 7. What I don't understand is I have keep mine updated from the 4.0 update and have not had any trouble what is different about 6.0 The other updates do not show up as a zip.

jebelllot, I am getting the same thing when trying to update to 6.0 I was doing method # 1 quick update. The first time it showed up as a zip file so I downloaded it to my pc and then extracted the files then downloaded it to the disc and I get the exact same thing as you. What am I doing wrong?

My panel is cut painted and installed but I am willing to cut another hole. I really think it would be more user friendly. But I can go either way. 

Its in the installtion manual but that same harness is used on the on the D100 and D10 not used on skyview think they can be used as general purpose pins

Installing skyview and dynon transponder and I have a seperate avionincs ground block for avionics that I will use to ground skyview should I use this same ground block for transponder or should I used the firewall gnd block? Or does it matter? I will still gound the mounting tray also.

I would like to know what everbody else is using to mount adahrs? I fabricated a shelf behind rear baggage compartment used stainless screws but used steel platenuts to mount shelf and adhrs. now i am second guessing install and thinking about moving it to upper longerons and not using plate...
