I have a Skyforce IIIC moving map GPS in my Glasair, driving a TruTrak A/P, and it works very well. The flashing asterisk showing valid GPS signal is present as it should be. When I split the blue data line from the IIIC and connect to Skyview, I lose GPS steering on the A/P. It looks like IIIC...

I've just completed Skyview installation to find that I have static noise on one frequency only, which disappears when SV is switched off. The ADHARS cabling is bundled with two VHF aerials through the centre console area of my Glasair, but if I disconnect the ADHARS cabling, the noise remains...

More on this subject. I will be ordering Skyview soon, and intend to have my Bendix-King Skymap IIIC driving the Skyview GPS screen. It already drives a TruTrak A/Pilot. It looks like if I split the Skymap data cable, it will also be able to drive the Skyview, but do I also have to order the...
