    Next question... I fly a FD CT with TT AP. One servo under pilot seat, other behind the seats. I assume wiring is probably similar...will your servo's drop into place or will some work need to be done? Roger

    cord to put downloads into D100

    If your plane is new I'd be talking to the dealer about it...You should have recieved the cable that comes with the Dynon. I beleive it's just a serial 9 pin to USB converter cable but not positive. The great guys at Dynon will answer that shortly I'm sure! Roger H www.ctflyer.com

    I'm sure you will get the technical answer here for having back up gauges but to believe "backups" are required just because of an operating system that runs millions and millions of computers around the world in many many critical applications 24/7 is a little silly.     Tach verses Hobbs

    The question on Tach verses Hobbs has to do with the Rotax 912 mainly (I believe). Most mechanics (mine included) use the Tach time for maintaining most aircraft engines. I've been told because the 912 runs at a higher RPM and it's other peculiarities that we should only use the Hobbs time...
