Help or advice needed. Faulty altimeter?

I have been using my D100 for more than 500 hrs without problems of any kind. I decided to go for the AOA pitot. I installed and calibrated it by the manual and everything was OK. Suddenly, after some 5 or 6 flight hours, the altimeter started to indicate a descent, when I was flying leveled...

The more I fly, the more I love my D100/AP74, BUT-

    - BUT, I have a request on which I really feel the need to insist. I really enjoy the performance of the AP! It continues to amaze me how accurately it follows the GPS (I'm used to monitor for NAV SOURCE LOST messages ;) ) Here my request: Why not, in the next firmware release, make it...

    Dynon's product return policy

Steve: By all means ... INSTALL THE SERVOS !!! You have them already, and installation isn't that difficult. This Auto Pilot works just GREAT, you'll be amazed. I made a trip to Oshkosh and back last month (more than 3,500 miles). 90% of that time I navigated using the AP and, believe me, I...

3000 nm trip with my AP

Hi, there! I'd like to share my experience with you. I have a Pelican Sport 600 airplane. Last year I had decided to buy a Trio Avionics Autopilot and I went to Sun N Fun to get it. I also had planned to get an EFIS (to be decided between TruTrak and Dynon), but that was going to be after the...

    re-AP climb&descend

Dynon, if you're so busy with the Next Gen development, I can only think of one thing: You're announcing its release in Airventure 2009, aren't you? Come on, tell us !!! :D

    re-AP climb&descend

Dynon, have you considered the possibility of AIRSPEED HOLD on climb for the AP? (As an option besides vertical speed hold) One thing is asking for a 500 fpm climb to an airplane at 75% gross weight on a nice 65°F morning, and another thing is asking for the same rate at gross weight on a 110...

    Dynon EFIS 5.1 software bug

My GPS is a Garmin 396. No ARINC, so, no cutting corners when navigating a route :-? But you can also cut them manually, can't you? I'm very happy with my D100/AP74, works just fine

    Dynon EFIS 5.1 software bug

Re: Dynon EFIS 5.1 so far so good I have a D100/AP74 system with two servos. I upgraded last weekend to 5.1 and nothing strange npticed. Next time, I will disconnect the GPS signal, in order to check as Dynon says. BTW, in a 1 hr flight lost NAV SRC twice.

    Dynon - Garmin - TruTrak    ?

OK then,  Dynon - Garmin - Trio    ? I also visited Trio Avionics at Sun N Fun and they gave me a demo about their EZ Autopilot, I liked it a lot. I know that the Garmin 396 can be connected to de D100, and I also know that the 396 can be connected to the Trio EZ Autopilot. The big question...

    Dynon - Garmin - TruTrak    ?

I went to Sun N Fun last april, looking for an EFIS for my Ultravia's Pelican (Canadian made). I like the idea of the D100/HS34 combo. I already have a Garmin 396 and I understand that it's possible to connect it to a D100. Questions: - Suppose I have a route in the 396, Will the HSI in the...
