New reman servo repaired the issue....good to go!

I tried using only the roll servo to the network and still no detection. I reattached the pitch servo and it gets detected fine. The system won't self test using pitch only..I'm assuming because an error code is present on the D10. Tried calling tech and will retry shortly....the aitopilot AP74...

Today I verified the wiring ,plugs and connections to the DSAB network. I disconnected both roll and pitch servos...reconnected and reconfigured the network with the same results...no roll servo detected,pitch is detected,but no roll. I verified power and ground to the roll servo...still...

Thanks for the info...flew the aircraft and now have an intermittent "hum" in the headset(s). I read a post about removing the ground from the variable resistor,tried that with no luck. I tried isolating radios and every other electrical accessory with no luck there either. Cycling the avionics...

I ended up using the I/0 channel 1 for the output from the 150 XL as no channel 2 was listed on my GPS setup menu.It's working great,thanks for the help guys! :)

I'm trying a similar setup using the dynon ap74 ,the D10a and a Garmin 150 XL. I used the I/o 2 from the Garmin and can't communicate with the Dynon D10a. The local avionics shop said that the Garmins I/o 2 needs to be switched on via the setup menu. Any ideas?

I currently own an RV6 and want to install the ap74 ,roll and pitch servos. The airplane has a D10a installed and a Garmin 150xl in the panel. The previous owner didn't network the Garmin to the D10A. I want the autopilot to accept Gps commands from the Garmin and I'm not sure about networking...
