is like a hight fixed tone, and when happens continue until press the ptt key.

I install a SV Intercom with a Icom A200. All work fine but sometime when i press the PTT (Pilot or Co Pilot) key i hear a Beep very loud in the headphone. Someone have the same problem or know why ? Thanks :-/
