What software version are you running? What keys does it show in your Flight Plan menu (do you have a screen shot)?

Clicking between the flight plan pages does not select that page as a source. While on the page, you have to select the Navigate button to activate that flight plan as the current source. HSI should switch with it in your current configuration.

When you select the Garmin tab on the SkyView FP page you should see whatever flight plan is activated on the GPS175. It sounds to me like your talking about autopilot use vice approaches. Can you clarify? If it’s working on approaches, but not when you are doing an enroute descent, you may need help from someone who has the autopilot, which, unfortunately, is not yet available for my PA-32

It will show up to the right of your HSI. What nav system do you have feeding the display?

Take a look in the installation manual under Engine Information. It’s section 10.5 for the HDX variant. It talks about setup options and limitations you may see based on engine type.

Is this an autopilot question, or are you not seeing the glide slope information?

Were you at full throttle when this was captured? If not, did the power indication change with throttle movement?

Based on my very limited experience, it would appear they are correct. The probe turned out to be fine in my case once I went to a better connection. I have 6 hours on it since the fix and it’s been solid the whole time.

Tried out the OLC-2 connectors today and they worked great. 3.7 hours of flying with rock solid indications the whole time.

I put the Spruce link in post #8 to the recommended connectors I found on another thread. I have not yet tried these myself, but I have them on order.

The cost point definitely makes it easy to use replacement as an option. My main reason for the query was the frequency with which I was seeing failures. None of my failed probes looked to be worn out. If the connector thing solves the problem, I may retry some of the old ones and save them as...

Concur. That’s where I found the recommendation for the connectors. I’ve ordered them and figured I’d see if the crowd had anything else I should look at in the meantime.
