I just want to confirm that the RX out of ADSB connects to the TX in to SV and the TX connects to the RX. :-/

That's how I wired mine. Probably more correctly stated, TX from Skyview goes to RX of ADSB unit. TX from ADSB goes to RX of Skyview. Then make sure the ADSB is selected in the Skyview SETUP for that particular serial port to make sure that it will acknowledge (see) the ADSB unit.

Hurry up! I want to see it all up and running! :)

Well, maybe that's some of my problem. I wired ADSB TX to SV TX and ADSB RX to SV RX. I'm getting a count on TX but no count on RX. Could you tell me where you got this information? I just can't see why you go TX to RX. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks, Elmer

In this case TX would always work but RX never would.

TX always goes to RX. That's one device transmit (TX) into the other's receive (RX). Two TX's tied together are just two people yelling at one another with noise canceling headsets on ;)

The exact wiring is covered on page 14-5 of the install guide and it tells you to go from pin X on skyview to pin Y on the ADS-B box.
