All AP74 lites on at power up

I powered up my ap 74 and all lites stay on. I have all three red wires going to ap bus/switch. yellow disengage is not hooked up yet and pin 25 is not to ground. used DSAB from 25 pin efis going to blue and green. have three blacks going to ground. any hints on what may be wrong?

They will only go out once the AP74 is on the DSAB network. Have you turned on your EFIS and done a DSAB config yet?
