Ammeter not reading

The shunt is configured as fig C in the Skyview installation guide, that is between the battery and main buss. I have checked continunity at the EMS connector and checks ok. The amp reading is always "0" I have loaded the system with engine off and all electrical on it still reads "0". Any suggestions?

No smoking gun is coming to mind, besides the obvious things of making sure you're using the right pins (24/25), make sure they're fully seated in the D37 connector. Check that the pin mapping page and the limits for the widget are set sanely (out of the box settings should work fine). Finally, the shunt has to be installed on the positive side of the electrical system.
