You could try the FAA, but I doubt they'd answer. There’s no way to know how long it will take. That's why Dynon doesn't give out estimates.

I have the same issue. My shop that's doing my work on my new Dynon HDX said there is a indefinite delay on the autopilot. Something to do with the servo mounting hardware. All my wiring will be preinstalled to be ready for the servo installation.

Dynon doesn't really give estimates, per se, because they never know what the FAA is going to do, or when they're going to do it. They usually just announce it when it gets approved. You can look at this, but it doesn't tell you much:
