I have a problem with my battery test. First I went in and looked at the voltage of the back up battery. It was at 11.74 V. Not the 12.25 V needed to be fully charged. Then I made the screen DIM, full, disconnected the power and pressed stay on. The back up battery lasted one hr and fifteen minutes. I powered up and it still said battery test needed. How do I let it know I'm making a battery test?
Thanks for any help,

When you remove master power, the right-most button is "BATT TEST". You must run it via this test for it to count.
