My D120 is used to keep an eye on a Lyc IO360; since the engine is fuel injected I decided to use the Carb temp probe as a cabin temp probe.  The D100 is my master and the EDC 10 and outside temp probe are hook to it and it's all connected to the HS34.  The 34 was needed because of the GNS430.  So for all systems are working great and flying with this set up is as good as the military glass I've flown.  But right now I have a problem with the Carb temp.  Some times it seems to be working fine and sometimes it will show temps as high as 300 F.  Can you recommend a fix to keep probe from fluctuating?
Thanks,
Carey

A carb temp of 300 degrees indicates a short between the EMS GP line and ground. I'd check your wiring and see if you find anything. If your wiring looks good, it might be the probe or another problem.
