D 10A vs D6A

I have installed a certified dynon HDX system in an older Cessna 172F
It came with a Back up EFIS It is labeled D6
How is this different from the D10A?

I didn't think the D6 was allowed as part of the STC. It has been discontinued. Pretty sure only the D10A is allowed.

The backup efis shipped to me as part of the certified order was labeled D6 Interesting

Wow the DA-10 already looks ancient when pared with the HDX - I can't even imagine it with a DA-6
