D10 Global menu

I purchased a 2nd hand aircraft fitted with aD10 ems & a D100 efis. I.m just completeing an engine change & install 4 EGT & 4CHT, snesor & harness supplied by Dynon. Orginal engine only fitted with 2 CHT, so need to change D10 setting in Global menu to 4 sensors from 2.
However when following installation instructs Setup > Global.
the global tab is not visible.
Options are Clock/version 4.0.4/ blank/
Reread manuel, contact Aircraft manufactuer, advised to talk to Dynon. Please

That means that an aircraft manufacturer, or possibly (but less likely) a previous owner has used an advanced feature of our product to restrict access to setup items. If it is password protected - which you won't be able to tell without doing some complicated things with the Dynon support program - we'd need to see the unit here to factory-reprogram it. That might be the best way to proceed regardless. Give us a call at 425-402-0433 or an email to support at dynonavionics dot com to discuss options further.

sorry I've just reread my post,there is no real question.
How do I access the global menu which is not visible as a setup menu option.
Is it locked ?
Is there a fault ?
