D10 home page blocked

Hello, I just bought a properly functioning aircraft D10 equiped. But recently the PFD has been stuck on startup on the blue Dynon home page. Have you already encountered this case. I tried to load a software but it cannot find the connection with the PFD. Thank for your help

You should check the KEEP ALIVE is NOT connected. That caused problems.
