DEK-D180 RPM P Lead and SlickStart installation

Please look at the attachment and the second "Caution Note" for the installation of the Slick Start magneto booster. If I read this correctly I can't install the SlickStart since I have the rpm pick up off of both of my impulse mag P-leads
Any thoughts??

A magneto pickup is a different animal, you will be using the p-lead wire for rpm sensing - it works & I've connected it that way several times.
