Hello Dynon:
I am installing the Revmaster R-2300 engine in my onex. Now this engine has two 20 amp alternators. Can one SV-EMS-220 handle both, or what are my options.
I have one 7" SV. Not much room in a Onex
Thanks for you help.

Hi Roy -

I have two separate electrical systems (two alternators, two batteries, two of just about everything).  I only have one SV-EMS-220, and it works well:

I monitor voltage on both via SV-EMS-220 D37-P1 and D37-P2

I also watch current between the alternator and the battery/bus, with a Dynon ammeter shunt on the left side (D37-24/D37-25) and a GRT CS-02 hall effect sensor on the right side (D37-22)

Additionally, I watch each battery temperature with J type thermocouples attached to D37-27/D37-28 and D37-36/D37-37
The only bug is the right side amps don't appear in the logs--this is a known bug (and here's a thread for more about it).
