Is there a method to connect a D100 based autopilot to a iPad using Foreflight, so the AP will follow a GPS flight plan?

I suspect that even if you could connect to an iPad, FF does not have any output for AP control.

There is not. The D10/D100 series does not have the ability to interface with mobile devices.

Foreflight, from an iPad or iPhone, can force changes to a Skyview flight plan, which may result in aircraft heading and course changes, performed by a coupled autopilot.

So, although somewhat archaic, indirectly, an iPad or iPhone can control some autopilot performance.
