When Dynon scraps a product, we send it to a local electronics recycler who are contracted to break it down into individual materials and dispose of ecologically here in the Northwest.  Last year there was a batch of products with which they did not do this, and instead sold to an over-seas recycler, who then placed the products on eBay.

Please be aware that once we scrap a product, we will never repair it. If you see a bargain that is too good to believe, don't believe it.

If you want to check a product, send us a serial number and we will verify its history.

I find that excellent.
I can never imagine the competition providing that type of support.

When it comes to support . . . Dynon is tops.
That's why I and others keep coming back.

Is there any chance you keep a database of scrapped unit serial numbers to help prospective buyers avoid such a mistake? Might be nice if you published these; then a buyer would have better legal recourse if sold a scrapped unit.
