EMS120, CHT sensor secret ?

Hiho,
i can.t find any answer what kind of CHT sensor the EMS120 or FlightDEK D-120 is expecting.
Does anyone know what is physically behind the sceene and what they use ?
A PT100 or 500 maybe 1000 or some kind of NTC , something else .... ?
I would like to apply my own sensor type so I have to know what type they use.
Please let me know.
