Internal EMS data log

dear Dynon support

I recently uses the internal data logging possibility of the D180 . The .csv obtain from the D180 seems to record erratic data  ( see the data beginning line 625  column 9 in file attached) . There are no such erratic data when I record thru a external data logger (exept data produce without any probe installed : AMP , FUEL pressure).

Do you have any idea of what happen ?

There's some weird data there for sure, but we're not sure what to make of it.

It looks like the engine is not running during that session. Is that true? Can you take another log with the engine going?

The engine is running becoming Line 1463 ( the flag is set ) and MAP goes from 29" to 16" at line 1466 . Oil pressure also changes at this line .

The erratic data concerns Oil T° and sometimes the data following.

Le probleme vient de Dynon et du jeu de caractères américain. Chez eux ils séparent les champs d'un *.csv avec une virgule et les décimales avec un point. en Europe on sépare les champs avec point virgule et les décimales avec une virgule. Le D180 est programmé à l'américaine donc seule solution qui fonctionne bien :

- enregistrer ses log sur le D180
-sur l'ordi qui va faire l'acquisition aller dans le panneau de config sur "Options regionales et linguistiques et choisir le jeu "Anglais (Etats-unis)
-brancher et faire l'acquisition.
-ensuite revenir aux jeu "France"
'dans excel importer  "données" , "a partir du texte", choisir "delimité" et ensuite cocher "virgule"

Voila
Chez moi ca fonctionne trés bien, trés pratique pour faire des courbes et voir des anomalies...
