Good day,

I've just uploaded the V10 software on my 10inch skyview screen.
The boot seems ok up to the last line (starting network manager).
then the system reboot again for 6 or 7 times before shuting down.
I'm unable to enter any menu I have no control on the screen.
do you have a solution thanks

My update failed and I was left with a 10" SV system that only booted to the Dynon Splash Screen. Dynon sent me a link with instructions to create a bootable USB (put ISO image on the USB) then provided instructions to have the system boot from the USB and auto install V10. This may work for you. Just make sure you have any custom files saved (not that you can now with a non-booting system) so you can reset your sensors and configuration as the process above yields a virgin system with ZERO knowledge of your previous set up.

DFrancois,

It sounds like it's booting up past the splash screen and into the boot-up console and hanging on starting the network manager. Could you try disconnecting your network modules (EMS, ADAHRS, etc) from the back of the SkyView (the 2x D9 cables). Does that change the behavior?

Hello,

I have already try to disconnect the 2 DB9 but unfortunately the boot still stop at the network manager. On my 7 inch the upgrade to v10 was fine.

Please contact Dynon Avionics Technical Support - support (at) dynonavionics (dot) com; please reference your original forum post and that you did try disconnecting the two SkyView Network connectors and that didn't help. They will send you a recovery procedure.
