Problem to read out dynon export data

Hello,every one
Please help me .I download data from my a/c through dynon USB.but I can't read out on my PC.because when I open its demand password.and I did not know any password.and more over the data is in zip folder

It sounds like you're looking at the diagnostic data package, which is primarily for Dynon technical support / engineering. You want to down load the user datalogs, not the diagnostic data.
