Hello

I think my fuel pressure sensor is not working. how can i test it to be sure before buying a new one?
With the 2 wires connected:
Engine running it reads 0
Engine running and electric fuel pump ON it reads 0
Engine OFF it reads 0
Engine OFF and electric fuel pump ON it reads 0
With only one wire it reads 7 bar!!!!!!...

Regards

Just to clarify, you are using a fuel pressure sensor purchased from us, correct?

If that's the case, would you mind measuring some resistances to test out functionality?

Without the 2 wires connected, measure resistance between the two leads on the sensor.

At 0 PSI, you should see about 11 ohms
At 5 PSI, you should see about 42 ohms
At 10 PSI, you should see about 75 ohms
At 15 PSI, you should see about 102 ohms
etc.
It's a very linear curve, so pressures in between any two that I've listed should generate resistances between the two corresponding resistances.

Also, the one-wire behavior is expected. That's basically the same behavior as having no sensor connected at all (since there is no path for current through the sensor).
