I currently own an RV6 and want to install the ap74 ,roll and pitch servos. The airplane has a D10a installed and a Garmin 150xl in the panel. The previous owner didn't network the Garmin to the D10A. I want the autopilot to accept Gps commands from the Garmin and I'm not sure about networking it to the AP74 ,or the D10a,or both...is there a harness available for the installation? I'm ready to order the components and I want order everything needed at one time..thanks :)

There isn't a premade harness, but fundamnentally, you want the 150xl's serial transmit wire hooked to the D10A's serial data receive, which is pin 22 on the EFIS D25 connector.

Incidentally, it looks like on the 150XL, RS-232 channel one can output Aviation format data, while channel 2 can do NMEA. Either can work with the D10A. Customers have reported success with I/O channel 2 (see http://dynonavionics.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1168518756)
