I am very disappointed and dismayed that Seattle Avionics has resorted to auto renewal of purchased charts.
I find this action a cheap trick by their marketing division. I am clearly not impressed and think this should be stopped!
I wish to continue to make the decision to purchase on a yearly basis.
That I have to contact Seattle Avionics customer service to stop the auto renew only makes it worse.
Not a satisfied customer.
