I am installing new Dynon servos for the first time ever. This is probably a very rudimentary question.
Both servos are capstan.
I physically turned/clocked one of the capstans by hand almost 180 degrees when I wrapped the cable. Was I supposed to remove the cotter key, etc instead, or will this work?
I'm afraid to cut the cable ends thinking it could be near a "stop".
But I'm guessing it turns around forever and just needs turned on and calibrated.
