Setting QNH for airfield elevation.

Hi, for my correct airfield elevation, my QNH indicates 4Mb too high.
How can I set the correct elevation and QNH separately? Dynon EFIS D100.

SETUP > ALTADJ lets you make small adjustments to the altitude calibration.
