My understanding is that the intructions below applies only to an installation of more than one Skyview
Who this Effects
The changes are required for existing SkyView systems, and all new installations that:
1.have multiple SkyView displays AND
1.are transmitting to a serial device. (Today, this is limited to altitude output provided by SkyView for use with transponders but will expand to Dynon's SV-XPDR-26x mode-S transponder) AND
2.are running running 2.6 or later software
In my case, I only have one Skyview and a transponder 327 therefore I do not need to do any re-wiring. Please lete me know if my understanding is correct.
