. For example, the EMS kits/modules come with connectors and electrical components like resistors that you'll use to finish the wiring between the pre-fabricated harnesses and the sensors. Much of your intra-module wiring is accomplished via the prefabricated SkyView Network / autopilot servo harnesses, many of them requiring no tools at all (because they're full put together). Some modules, like the COM radio, transponder, and intercom, don't come with harnesses because the installs can be pretty varied, but we provide the DSUB connectors and pins so that you can create your own (and Aircraft Spruce is starting to make 3rd party harnesses for some of these components too). A d-sub crimper is definitely a tool you'll want if you're not outsourcing the wiring to a shop, but you won't be using it nearly as much as you would with any of our competitors.
