Skyview Touch not showing DTW

We have two 10" displays on our panel. Occasionally we don't see any DTW (distance to waypoint) displayed on our MAP screens. Everything seems to be working perfectly showing reception of radar, adsb and gps. All the other pertinent information is displayed on screen in their appropriate positions. Any suggestions?

You'll only see DTW when you have an active waypoint, and also the info boxes are configurable. What DID you see in the place that you expected to see DTW?

We had our waypoint installed. The box was blank. This has happened before and on a later flight, all was normal. Our GTN650 was our source and it showed the remaining DTW.

Once past the last intermediate waypoint you will not have a time or distance to a way point, only time and distance to your destination. For the sake of display, waypoint and destination are two different things.
