Skyview classic, two D1000’s. Trying to update firmware and pocketfms maps. All files loaded in the root. It’s worked for me before. Load files is greyed out.
I tried two different USB sticks. Both are Fat32. USB light is visible so it’s connected but the load command is grey. Same on both skyviews. Help

Mine takes a second to un-grey out and show available. Try waiting a minute?

Otherwise I'd say reformat the drive and try again, sounds like the USB stick crapped out.

What if you plug in a stick and try and export settings or something? This would be another check of the USB ports. If that works then we have it narrowed down to import side, if it doesn't work exporting then we know it's the USB drive, port, or stick.

Finally got the USB to be read. Ordered a cheap USB 3.0 32Gb from Amazon and it worked. There is definitely an issue with the Dynon and some USB drives.
