Deleted elev trim and flaps on the Eng. full screen page. When i selected split sceen, both widgets were showing in light grey. Went into sensor input mapping and deleted flaps and that solved the problem with widget on split screen. I then deleted elevator in sensor input mapping. When i went to eng. split screen there appeared a red X and the letters CFG. Can't fiqure out what CFG means and how to get rid of the red X and CFG.

CFG means that you have a widget being displayed that doesn't have a pin-mapping behind it to support it. You can delete the widget under the SENSORS button in the layout editor.
