Boys, our result is that EMS are ill, and we will reclaim it. Not easy as it will take a weeks to get new, so I just ordered new and when will get them will sent this back.
Next steps : we take new EMS from just installed to new Shark, connect to this ill Shark, and will use just this shortcut connector. If everything will be OK, we will change shunt as well and make final instalation. Will check everything step by step, and report.
Result : both EMS have dead Amps reading. We think if we can do something bad, and we kill it. We found no way how to do it. Only possibility is that shunt is wrong, and it increase ohms from 0,001 to something significantly bigger, then current goes to sensor and can kill EMS sensor. But shunt...
Today checked pins on connector - ok. 24+25. But found both 1 A fuses dead. Something is wrong. Direct wire shortcut - no change. We go to prepare special connector, where will be nothing, just pins 24 and 25 connected with wire. If this will not give zero, EMS amps reading is wrong. Then will...
Electrician was not in work today. We alreday installed 8 SkyView sets, last 3 no Amps. I checked wire colours on shunt, looks correct. Red purple disconnected - no change in numbers, in contact with red= pin 24 direct to pin 25, no change in numbers. Must check connector
