I plan to buy a D6 for a permit aircraft. I see the range on the VSI looks a little over 2000 ft/min. On a small instrument, this makes a typical descent rate of, say, 500 fpm rather insignificant. Can the scale range be adjusted to give a range of, say, plus or minus 1000fpm? Any more than...
