Last time I flew, when using the apt-com button to transfer frequencies from my selected airport to the radio, I got a random unrelated frequency programmed into the radio.

Any ideas? Do I need to update software?

I have had trouble with the same function - 99% of the time does not transfer the ATIS but CTAF/Ground works; very distracting because have to look up and dial in ATIS frequency. Would appreciate hearing any ideas.

Does the wrong frequency vary, or does it provide the same wrong frequency for an airport or ATIS every time? The frequencies come from third party databases, such as Seattle Avionics. If the database is wrong, you'll get the same wrong frequency every time. If you get a different frequency every time you select a specific airport, you may have a system problem.

My deal: ATIS never populates to receiver, and I have to use dial to set frequency while CTAF and Ground almost always do; talked with Support and while they were helpful couldn't solve the problem -suggested I might have to send the receiver component in for replacement.

If you are going to dial in the frequency, maybe it would work to select the airport by invoking the APT button on the SV COM panel and then dialing in that airport, hopefully taking only a twist or so of the selection dial, and then choosing the comm function wanted. I tend to use that feature as often as the APT-COM option.

Are you in Europe by any chance? I know PocketFMS has had problems recently with some of their database entries not being compatible with Skyview.
