Ap panel offline / software mismatch

After sending my AP control panel out for a SB Skyview does not recognize the panel. I have updated Skyview software successfully to 16.7.8. I believe I need to update the auto pilot software however I do not see a download. Message images attached.

Your AP panel is loaded with 17.6.0 software - update the rest of the system to that and you'll be fine.

He is not able to update the rest of the system since it is a SkyView Classic system and software version 16.7.8 is current. The AP panel got loaded with HDX software, which is newer and not a compatible version with SkyView Classic.

This is an easy fix, go to SETUP > SYSTEM SETUP > SKYVIEW NETWORK SETUP > FORCE NETWORK LOAD > select this and the system will go through and check all of the devices, in doing so it will revert the software in the AP panel from 17.6.0 back to 16.7.8 to match the rest of the system and you will be good to go after that.
