Thanks for a reply, I missunderstood the manual - voltage sholdn't be outside specified range. I know about lack of certification for EU, I just use it as a scanner but maybe one day I will need to use its all powers :) Have a nice day.

What specification should be for power supply to dx15? I have it in EU and need to charge battery with some other power supply. Besides, on original power supply there is a remark that it gives 14vdc, but on the radio there is a note about 7,2vdc, additionally owners guide in the car adapter...
