DEK-180 will NOT start up. Repeat problem after service by Dynon (no issue found, new internal battery installed last year).

You'll need to rule out a bad switch or connection sending power to the unit, or ground to the unit. You could have a loose connection somewhere that caused the problem then, and now.

What are these 4 dashed lines on Map Page

They let you know when you are in, or close to, any type of special use airspace. It will tell you if the airspace is above, below, or beside you and also what you are currently in. In this photo you are not in special use airspace so it's blank.

    Air speed readout

Have you run the AOA calibration routine?

    Air speed readout

I find the AOA aural alerts to be quite helpful for this - the slow beep becoming a fast beep becoming a solid tone as you approach the stall. You don't have to take your eyes off the landing environment, and there is no additional programming to do.

New 2020 GPS antenae fails in cold temps

I've got mine (three GPS antennae, actually) on a small shelf forward of the firewall and under the cowl, looking up through the fiberglass cowl. Been working flawlessly that way for 4 years and 600 hours so far. One Dynon GPS 2020, one Garmin 430W, and a G5 external antenna.

    Classic to HDX upgrade questions

No, it is not that hard to build it from scratch. I think I spent maybe 45 minutes or an hour doing just that.

    Classic to HDX upgrade questions

I did this back in June of last year. You'll need to "Export Settings" from the Classic onto a USB, it will create three files (user config, sensor config, and a checklist if you are using that function) that are then imported on the new HDX. You may have to re-calibrate the autopilot servos, I...

    Updated GPS Fix lost ADSB....

Yes, the ALT setting was the source of the problem on the ADSB report. Set it to AUTO as laid out in the manual. The ATC world was seeing your transponder transmitting as if it was in the air, while your plane was obviously on the ground. This is your ADSB-OUT system. You receiving ADSB data on...

    Advice for Dynon

Are you talking about a certified aircraft or experimental? Which airplane? You're asking a lot of questions but not giving any data to work with. You've already declared that you're not going to install Dynon equipment, but yet you're demanding answers about it and trying to get Dynon to change...

    Advice for Dynon

You said - The cost to purchase the AP and the installation of it drives cost of entry up probably around 10 -12k dollars. Admittedly, this is reasonable for an AP, but remember this is atop the 13k + install one would be spending to get the Sky view. Skyview, whether the Classic, Touch, or...
