Yes that is correct. But my college yesterday put a 100k ohm resistor and one diode between the TCU and the SV-EMS and it seems that work even that the installation manual says that we shouldnt do so. Now the RPMS from the TCU is the same as SV-D1000 indicating. But I´m not sure about this...
