We recently replaced the D10 in our RV7a with a D10a and have been flying with it for just on 100hrs. Just recently the unit has started giving us a temp unstable warning after about 30 sec to a minute after we switch the unit on.(This with the aircraft in the hangar and the OAT at 26deg C)...
