I'm also experiencing exactly the same problem on my D-100 (mounted in a Ultra Light motorized with a Rotax 912S). Maybe it could help if I take a trace of the voltage using a digital scope during the engine startup (only doable in 1 or 2 weeks). Regards, Philippe.
