OK. I checked today and voltage is 12.0V. The unit didn't power on at all today. Do I need a return number before I send this back? Rick

The splash screen stayed on and nothing changed after that.  I repeated the procedure and it was the same.  I cut the keep alive wire under the panel last year and I'm sure it's cut. There were no changes during the off time.
