This person is a scammer. Not sure if you've done any business with them. But don't do the "PayPal friends and family". No protection for the buyer then.

Be very careful-I reached out to this person and they would only do PayPal Friends and Family which provides no fraud protection. I offered to pay the extra few bucks to do it as a business transaction and they still refused. If I'm wrong, I'll take the challenge. But I've seen and had...
