After a “quick update” with the latest version, my nexrad Wx seems to be back. Still have the Partial ADS-B but hopefully 16.8 will resolve that. Tech Support was great at Dynon! Jim

I have been working with the tech support team at Dynon to try and resolve MY issue. If I understand correctly, they are aware of the PARTIAL ADSB message, and are working to correct that in the next update. I seem to have a separate and unrelated problem with my older 470 not displaying NEXRAD...

Yes, I am using the 470. I wasn’t aware that there might be a different upgrade path. I will call tech support again to find out. Thanks, Jim

Agreed, it should be higher. No, it doesn’t say “NEW AVAILABLE “. I am not able to select any upgrade, as that line is grayed out in set-up… Plus one that those who are experiencing a similar issue should contact Dynon directly. I don’t think they are aware of the extent of the issue. Thanks, Jim

I spoke with Dynon tech support today. I explained my ADS-B Partial issue. The gentleman didn't have a lot to offer in terms of a solid fix. His suggestion was to be sure and set TIS to "no" in the X-ponder setup menu. Beyond that, he suggested that it might be a hardware issue with my...

I guess the part that is most concerning to me is that my ADS-B Status page on my display indicates that I am running 1.1.0.52! Not sure why it is not updating with latest firmware? The "line" that shows the software version is grayed out, so I am not able to select it at all. Anyone else...

Classic Skyview with GPS 2020, Xponder 261, and ADS-B 470. All performing well until I updated to 16.6.0 firmware. Since then, I have the ADS-B PARTIAL displayed on Skyview. I don't seem to be receiving Wx anymore. Traffic is fine, METARs fine. Xponder and GPS status looks good in set-up...

How hard would it be for me to add a 7 inch classic to my panel? I currently have a 10 inch classic. I didn't install the avionics in this experimental A/C so aside from cutting the hole, what else would be entailed? Thanks

Still need help. The problem continues. The display will show normal egt and cht values after the battery re-charges following engine start. However, I have discovered that if I turn on the landing light and put that load on the battery, I then lose the egt and cht instantly, on the skyview...

Recently, on my classic sky view, both the CHT and EGT values display normally until engine start. As soon as I start the engine, these values all X out. This just stated to happen. I have had no problems with this display for the last 5 years. Any thoughts as to cause or fix? Thanks, Jim

My Skyview system does not show me a percent of power. I only get 3 dashed lines. My MAP, RPM and OAT all work correctly. What am I missing? RV7 with 0-360, FP
