    If you are monitoring a 915iS, the only sensor you should need to have is fuel pressure. Everything else comes over the CAN buses using the EMS-221.

    Just GPS position data is sufficient for the D180 to follow a ground track, which is all I want. So, the real question becomes... is the GTX-345's (ADS-B+ format 1) an "aviation format" that the D180 understands?

    I have a D180 with AP servos, and am looking to upgrade my current GTX-327 to a GTX-345 for ADS-B compliance. Can the D180 accept the RS-232 GPS information from the GTX-345 (ADS-B+ format 1)? If so, this would allow the autopilot to follow a ground track instead of just HDG mode. I can't find...
