I am using a D10A in a Sailplane.
Currently you can adjust the Altimeter subscale up/down in mb or jump to standard setting 1013mb.
The problem with jumping to 1013 is that you loose your previous setting. In Gliding I often find myself changing to 1013 to check and then want to go back to QNH...
